
The inspiration for this dish was purely coffee driven. For a few months we had been on a kick to where every time we went to our favorite wine store, Wine Authorities, we would pick up a new and different coffee from local roasters Counter Culture. I wanted to try and incorporate their coffee into a dish and this lovely feast was the result.
Coffee rubbed Pork Tenderloin over Wild Rice with a pan sauce
topped by an herb salad from the garden.
